FTC Disclosure
Last revised October 21, 2026
The Federal Trade Commission's endorsement and testimonial guides, codified at 16 C.F.R. Part 255, call for the disclosures that TurnPoint Hub makes on this page.
The short version
- We may be paid when you buy through our links or on our recommendation.
- People in our marketing may be fictional or played by actors, and results shown are not typical.
- We have no relationship with Facebook, Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok or X.
Characters and actors
Individuals in our videos, pages and advertisements may be invented, assembled from several real people, or performed by actors, voice artists or digital tools. What they say, the figures they quote and the lives they describe may be scripted for illustration and are not necessarily real events or actual customer statements. Resemblance to real people is unintended, and dramatized material is marked as such.
Paid relationships
The Hub may contain affiliate links and other material connections. Waypoint Lane Media LLC and the people running the Hub may be paid a commission or other compensation when you use certain links or buy certain products shown or advertised here.
We recommend only what we consider valuable for our readers, and being paid does not change what we honestly think. Stated plainly: the operators of the Hub may receive affiliate commissions, revenue from product sales or other financial benefits tied to the products advertised or recommended on it.
Testimonials and endorsements
Testimonials in our marketing may be dramatized or may be single individual accounts. None of them represents a typical experience. The individuals, their circumstances, their earnings and their results may be illustrative scenarios. Do not assume that any experience we describe is typical, representative or within your reach. These scenarios show what the material teaches, nothing more.
Nothing typical is implied
Our dramatizations and examples do not assert that our products or services will deliver any specific result. They depict what a few people might theoretically achieve with exceptional commitment, skill, timing and effort. Most purchasers of how-to material end up earning very little or nothing at all. The income disclaimer says more.
Statements about income
Every statement or example about income or earnings in our marketing is merely our estimate of what might theoretically be possible. Nobody can promise that you will do as well or earn anything at all. Specific figures may be dramatized illustrations and not the real earnings of real customers; whoever relies on them accepts the risk that their own outcome will be lower.
Opinions for which we may be paid
The Hub's operators may receive payment for sharing opinions about products, services, websites or other subjects. Paid or not, what we publish reflects our genuine opinions, findings, beliefs and experience.
No platform relationship
Facebook, Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, X and every other social media company are unconnected with the Hub. They do not own, endorse or sponsor it. Any product name, logo or brand that appears here is the property of whoever owns it. Meta Platforms, Inc. owns the Facebook and Meta marks; Google LLC owns the Google and YouTube marks.
